Scripture Anchor: "One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts." (Psalm 145:4) The Atmosphere: Kinetic, vibrant, and relentless. The energy doesn't stop.

The "On & On" concept is woven into the sub-themes to represent the continuity of faith.

Week 1: The Wisdom Goes On

Focus: Honoring the Matriarchs.
Motivation: How to build a life that lasts beyond your years.
Mentorship Moment: "The Heritage Hand-off"—Older women sharing the one spiritual discipline that kept them going for decades.

Week 2: The Strength Goes On

Focus: Mid-life and Young Adults.
Motivation: Resilience in the "middle." Balancing careers, kids, and callings without burning out.
Mentorship Moment: "The Pivot Prayer"—Small groups discussing how to stay consistent when life gets chaotic.

Week 3: The Fire Goes On

Focus: Next Gen (Teens & 20s).
Motivation: Igniting fresh passion. How the "New" movement honors the "Old" fire.
Mentorship Moment: "Reverse Mentoring"—Younger women sharing how they use modern tools/platforms for the Gospel, while elders provide the biblical grounding.

The "Hands-On" Outreach (Missional)

Empowerment through service.

Pratt Hwy Impact: Partnering with local Birmingham shelters or schools for community beautification and support.
Business Spotlights: Intentionally supporting and promoting women-owned businesses within the congregation.

The Movement Rally (Instructional)

The continuation of the high-energy Wednesday night vibe, held quarterly or monthly.

The "Pass the Mic" Sessions: Multi-generational panel discussions where no topic is off-limits (Finances, Healing, Marriage, Identity).
Motivational Keynotes: Short, punchy messages designed to ignite action.

The "On & On" Mentorship (Relational)

This is the heart of the "S2S" concept—connecting the "Seasoned Sista" (Elders/Matriarchs) with the "Rising Sista" (Young Adults/Youth).

M&M (Mentors & Mentees) Pairings: A formal system where women are paired for 6-month cycles.
The "Sista Circles": Monthly small groups held in homes or local Birmingham spots to discuss life, faith, and career.

We invite local businesses and entrepreneurs to join us in our Empowerment Zone. This is a premier opportunity to showcase your brand, support our community, and connect with women looking for the products and services you provide.

Event Schedule

LNO takes place every Wednesday night throughout the month. Vendors are a vital part of our Nightly Empowerment Zone, led by Lady E and Pastor E.
