With patience like a river, and courage like the sea,  We teach them to be fearless, to chase their destiny. Through the trials and the triumphs, we shape the path ahead,  With kindness as our armor, and love where dreams are fed. Every stumble, every fall, it’s a step toward the light,  We’ll show them how to listen, to stand up for what’s right. With laughter as our anthem, and honor as our guide,  We’ll build a world of leaders, with integrity and pride. So here’s to all the boys who dream,  With every step, they’ll find their gleam.  With mentors by their side, they’ll see,  Together, we’ll create a legacy.  Guiding lights, we’ll shine so bright,  Transforming boys into men, ready for the fight.

Age Focus: 15-18

Our aim is to tackle the real-life challenges and consequences that young males encounter every day. These boys are confronted with numerous issues and often lack the necessary resources and solutions. Consequently, we will concentrate on two distinct age groups: 10 to 14 years old and 15 to 18 years old.

While the problems may be similar across these age ranges, the methods to address them will differ. We have devised strategies that will enhance both our Movement Forward Early initiative and our Movement Forward program. This is a legacy initiative designed to ensure that all individuals can engage and benefit throughout their lives. Our existing systems tend to falter due to inadequate planning. Therefore, we are committed to establishing a model that promotes sustainability through ongoing mentoring and support.

Our Aims, Goals, and Emphasis are, but not limited to:

*Self-Esteem

*Navigating Identity Development

*Addressing Mental Health

*Fostering Healthy Relationships

*Relationship Dissolution

*Networking

*Conflict Resolution

*Bullying & Intimidation

*Career Preparation

*College Readiness
