Movement Business accelerator

Mission

The Movement Business Accelerator Hub is a platform that allows users to discover integrations, APIs, and accelerators to accelerate their integrations, extensions, and innovations. The Business Accelerator Hub also provides visualizations and consumption capabilities for integrations and workflows.

A fully functioning “Business Incubator and Accelerator” that will address the problems and pitfalls that entrepreneurs and small-business owners face. We will provide problem-solving assistance to help small businesses access capital, develop and exchange new technologies, and improve business planning, strategy, operations, financial management, personnel administration, marketing, export assistance, sales, and other areas required for small business growth and expansion, management improvement, increased productivity, and innovation. We have an outstanding partner who has assisted us with a toolkit for community development that includes, but is not limited to, creating and maintaining coalitions and partnerships, assessing community needs and resources, analyzing problems and goals, developing a framework or model of change, developing strategic and action plans, building leadership, and so much more. We will employ 40-50 business professionals to develop various aspects of this massive project.

Vision

Our Vision is to Create Compassionate Communities!

The Movement Center is a quintessential community enhancement hub that is determined to effect change throughout the components it connects with.

Our plans include a Community Credit Union. Lower borrowing rates and higher deposit yields. Credit union profits go back to members, who are shareholders. Educational resources are another benefit to a Credit union. We will implement financial literacy by offer seminars, articles, calculators and other tools to help their members sharpen their money skills.

We believe public spaces should be accessible to everyone and meet a wide range of needs regardless of age or ability. The more inclusive the facility is, the more it can be used and enjoyed by all community members. Designs should be reflective of community values and present a welcoming appearance. One of the best ways to achieve inclusivity is to conduct community surveys. During the programming phase, extending a survey to residents allows integrity of the project to determine community-specific wants and needs. This ensures the facilities are designed to fit each unique community while serving diverse groups. For best results, project managers should obtain sufficient response samples to ensure different community members’ views are heard and recognized.
