Pastor Ivey, a native of Birmingham, Alabama was licensed and ordained to preach the gospel at the Antioch Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama under the leadership of Pastor Q.E. Hammond. He began his education and training from Alabama A&M University, Birmingham, Easion Bible College and South-eastern Bible College. He is currently continuing in his theological studies in pursuit of achieving his Doctorate of Theology degree. He serves as Sr. Pastor at The Church of Restoration-Oakland, CA
